At Nakshatrapedia, every book is checked and packed with care before dispatch. Please read this policy before placing your order.
No Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, ordering errors, or any reason other than those listed below. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Free Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products If your book arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect (misprinted, missing, or torn pages), we will replace it free of cost, subject to the following conditions:
- Unboxing video required: Claims must be supported by a clear, uncut video of the parcel being opened, showing the shipping label and the damage. We recommend recording every unboxing — this is your proof of the parcel's condition on arrival.
- Report within 3 days: Email your order number, the unboxing video, and photos of the damage to support@nakshatrapedia.store (or WhatsApp +91 84900 70783) within 3 days of delivery as per the courier's delivery confirmation.
- Verification: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 working days. Approved claims receive a free replacement copy, dispatched within 24–48 hours of approval, at no cost to you.
- Claims made after 3 days of delivery, without an unboxing video, or for damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted.
Order Cancellation (before dispatch only) Prepaid orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Write to support@nakshatrapedia.store with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Approved cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refused or Undelivered Parcels (Cash on Delivery) If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the doorstep or remains undelivered due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, we reserve the right to decline future COD service to that customer.
Digital Products (Video Course) Course access purchased or granted as part of a bundle is non-refundable and non-transferable once access details have been issued.
