Welcome to nakshatrapedia.store ("Store", "we", "us"), operated by Nakshatrapedia, Darshanam Celestial, Bhayli Raipura Road, Vadodara, Gujarat, India — 391410, India. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Products. We sell physical educational books and, where stated, bundled access to our online video courses hosted on nakshatrapedia.com. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
2. Pricing & Payment. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) or Cash on Delivery where offered. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund for prepaid orders.
3. Orders. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or serviceability issues; prepaid amounts for such cancelled orders are refunded in full.
4. Replacement & Refunds. Governed by our Replacement & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: no refunds; free replacement for transit-damaged or defective products claimed within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video.
5. Course Access (Bundles). Where an order includes video course access, access is granted on our learning platform (nakshatrapedia.com) after qualifying conditions are met (e.g., successful payment, or dispatch/delivery for COD orders). Course access is for personal, non-commercial use by one household, is non-transferable, and may not be shared, recorded, or redistributed.
6. Intellectual Property. All content — including book text, illustrations, characters, videos, songs, logos, and website design — is the property of Nakshatrapedia and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Privacy. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Grievance Redressal. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
