Shipping Policy 

Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days) of order confirmation. Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch; unconfirmed orders may be held or cancelled.

Delivery time: 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or events beyond our control.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment. Prepaid orders enjoy free shipping. Cash on Delivery orders may carry a COD handling/shipping charge, shown at checkout.

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. Delivery status updates are also sent by our courier partner via SMS/WhatsApp.

Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details, and re-shipping in such cases may carry an additional charge.

Serviceability: We currently ship within India only.
